Ordering and delivery

Sold by full pack. Ordering is based on full packs. The calculator rounds up so the quantity is not under-ordered. Delivery methods and charges vary depending on product type, quantity and destination. Arra Flooring will confirm delivery costs before dispatch. Pack orders may use parcel, pallet, supplier-direct, local delivery or appointment collection. Lead times vary by supplier and estimated lead times are confirmed after order review. Deposits may be required before ordered goods are purchased. Standard stocked packs are handled in accordance with Irish consumer law. Special-order packs cannot be returned once processed unless faulty. Inspect goods on arrival, keep packaging and contact Arra Flooring before fitting anything visibly damaged.

Cut-to-size, made-to-order, special-order and bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.
Carpet and sheet vinyl are cut specifically for each order, so measurements should be carefully confirmed before ordering.

Measure, samples and fitting advice

Samples are available on selected products where offered by the manufacturer. Dave can advise what is available for this range. Colours shown on screens can vary from the actual flooring. Subfloor condition, moisture, levelling, underlay, trims and fitting access can affect the final supplied-and-fitted plan. Professional installation is available throughout Tipperary and Limerick. Supply-only orders are available across the Republic of Ireland on selected products, and larger residential or commercial projects may be quoted individually nationwide. Laminate or wood-effect flooring may also need suitable underlay, vapour barrier where required, scotia, door bars and fitting advice.

Laminate underlay requirements depend on the exact product construction and subfloor. Additional underlay is not recommended until the selected product construction and subfloor requirements have been confirmed.

Compatibility check

Laminate Underlay

If the exact product has no attached pad, Dave selects a compatible system. If an attached pad is confirmed, no additional generic underlay is recommended.
