By accessing this website or placing an order with us you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, colours, images and specifications are accurate.

Colours and textures displayed on screens may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings and manufacturing variations.

Product specifications may change without notice where manufacturers update their products.

3. Quotations

All quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Quotations are based on information available at the time of pricing.

Additional work required due to hidden defects, damaged subfloors, moisture issues or unforeseen site conditions may incur additional charges.

4. Orders

Orders are only accepted once confirmed by Arra Flooring.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

  • Products become unavailable
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Payment cannot be authorised
  • Fraud is suspected

5. Special Orders

Most flooring products are specially ordered from our suppliers specifically for each customer.

Once a special order has been placed it cannot normally be cancelled.

Deposits paid on special order products are non-refundable.

6. Prices

All prices displayed are in Euro (€).

Prices may change without notice.

VAT is charged where applicable.

Delivery charges are shown during checkout where relevant.

7. Payment

Payment terms are agreed before supply or installation.

Where a Pro Forma Invoice is issued, payment must be received before materials are ordered or installation is scheduled.

Ownership of goods remains with Arra Flooring until payment has been made in full.

8. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only.

While every effort is made to deliver on time, delays outside our control may occur.

We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, transport companies, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Installation

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Rooms are emptied unless otherwise agreed.
  • Adequate access is available.
  • Heating, electricity and lighting are available.
  • Existing floors are suitable unless subfloor preparation has been agreed.

Installation may reveal hidden defects requiring additional preparation before work can continue.

10. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Unless goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or required by Irish consumer law, we do not accept returns of:

  • Cut-to-length carpet
  • Cut-to-length vinyl
  • Custom ordered flooring
  • Special order products
  • Installed flooring
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Adhesives, primers or levelling compounds once opened

11. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply where provided.

Installation workmanship is covered in accordance with Irish consumer legislation.

Damage caused by misuse, flooding, moisture, abuse, incorrect maintenance or normal wear is not covered.

12. Website Accuracy

We aim to keep all information accurate.

Occasionally errors may occur relating to prices, descriptions or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors without notice.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content including photographs, logos, graphics, text and branding remains the property of Arra Flooring unless otherwise stated.

No material may be copied or reproduced without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes rights provided under Irish consumer protection legislation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arra Flooring shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or supplied products.

15. Privacy

Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always appear on this website.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
