Delivery and collection
Delivery and collection are confirmed around the flooring type, order quantity and customer location. Arra Flooring does not present flooring as a discount warehouse delivery service.
Service area
- Supply and installation is available throughout Tipperary and Limerick.
- Supply-only orders are available across the Republic of Ireland on selected products.
- Large residential and commercial projects may be quoted individually nationwide.
Delivery and collection
- Delivery methods and charges vary depending on product type, quantity and destination.
- Delivery costs are confirmed before dispatch.
- Collection is by appointment only.
Samples and lead times
- Samples are available on selected products where offered by the manufacturer.
- Lead times vary by supplier.
- Estimated lead times are confirmed after order review.
Returns
- Standard stocked products are handled in accordance with Irish consumer law.
- Cut-to-size, made-to-order, special-order and bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Carpet and sheet vinyl are cut specifically for each order, so customers should carefully confirm measurements before ordering.
Installation and payment
Professional installation is available throughout Tipperary and Limerick. Projects outside this area may be quoted individually. Deposits may be required before ordered goods are purchased.
