Commonly needed with dryback LVT
Dryback LVT depends on adhesive, primer, levelling compound and subfloor preparation. A measure helps avoid incorrect quantities.
Special Order Product. Arra Flooring generally orders products from suppliers for each project. Lead times depend on supplier availability and will be confirmed after order or enquiry. This avoids misleading stock messages where stock is not physically held by Arra Flooring.
Samples & colour matching
Colours shown on phones, tablets and computer screens may vary from the actual flooring. Lighting, screen settings and daylight can change how colours appear. We recommend viewing a physical sample in your own home before making a final decision.
Subfloor assessment
Subfloor condition, moisture, levelling, underlay, trims and fitting access can affect the final supplied-and-fitted price. A free measure helps reduce incorrect ordering and avoidable waste.
Special order & returns
Special-order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned once the order has been processed with the manufacturer or supplier, except where the goods are faulty or your statutory consumer rights apply.
Carpet and sheet vinyl are cut to the customer's required size and are non-returnable once cut unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
Laminate and LVT are generally supplied in full boxes. Unopened boxes may be accepted for return only with prior agreement and at Arra Flooring's discretion.
Where returns are accepted, goods must be unopened, undamaged and resaleable. Proof of purchase is required, transport costs are the customer's responsibility, a 15% restocking charge will apply, and returns are subject to manufacturer or supplier acceptance.
